October 16th: Butler's Orchard Hayride, Bonfire, Football & Sing-Along!
Come to Butler's Orchard about 6pm. Ask at the main building and join us at the bonfire they tell you. We'll start with snacks, football and some other craziness. At 6:15pm, we'll go on our hayride. [Several kids and adults won’t go on the hayride because of allergies and health stuff. We’ll hang out at the bonfire and have a great time without the hayride.] Afterwards, there will be more snacks and music. We’ll end right at 8:30. Please don't miss it, everybody will be there!
This is for everyone in 6-12 grades. Parents, Confirmation Sponsors and Families are all welcome. Friends are welcome too, just remember everyone needs a permission/release slip and you are responsible for them. The Hayride is 'first come, first served'. Get your slip in early to make sure you get a spot on the wagons. If you don't get your slip in early, come anyway and bring the completed slip. Just know if you are late, that there is a good possibility you will not get on a wagon.
Cost: $20 -to cover our costs. Cash or Check to “St. Rose”. (The hay wagons cost us $300 each and we will need two. Snacks, activities & supplies are also included.) To get the permission slip email: pclancy@strose.com
